What You Will Do

Responsible for lead generation, user acquisition strategy and execution and funnel marketing strategy from end-to-end. Set targets for campaigns and conduct A/B tests in targeting, messaging and design. Analyze analytics and propose new SEO/PPC strategies and implementation. Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction. Develop the measurement and tagging strategy required to deliver on that plan. Utilize tools to drive KPIs, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Keyword Planner. Supervise marketing automation manager.

  • Oversee digital acquisition of new customers managing CPA goals and other critical KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates via ad creatives, landing page and funnel optimization. Personify the “always be testing” ideal.
  • Manage email marketing promotional calendar across all brands, factoring in seasonality, current events, product launches, etc.
  • Identify and execute on scalable digital opportunities that will net truly incremental sales
  • Guide development of a content strategy that will yield new customers and aid in retention of existing ones.
  • Brainstorm promotions and offers that will resonate with the digital customer, working with project managers to execute, test and iterate.
  • Uncover performance insights and best practices through data analysis and reporting.
  • Be able to multitask, wear many hats, and communicate effectively with the Ad Ops team, designer, copywriter, developers and others.
  • Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics with demonstrable results,
    • Experience with a variety of digital analytics and optimization tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management Solutions (Ensighten, Tealium, GTM), A/B & MVT Solutions (Target, Optimizely, Sitespect).
    • Experience on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of digital analytics marketing automation solutions, including ownership of the technical solution.
    • Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating customer campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.) as well as a strong knowledge of online marketing and/or CRM best practices.
    • Experience with sales funnel creation and management, along with site landing page optimization and A/B testing software & strategies.
    • Data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to clearly communicate analyses to C-suite level stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of creative performance, customer journey marketing and information architecture (IA, Sitemap, User Flows).
    • Familiarity with lead nurturing and email communication strategies.
    • Experience communicating company brands through email marketing.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and some of the below tools is a plus:
      • Data visualization: Tableau, Omniscope, PowerBI, Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Good Analytics, Webtrends.
      • Ad Servers: DoubleClick, Sizmek, Atlas, MOAT, DoubleVerify.
      • Ad Effectiveness Research: comScore, Millward Brown Digital, GFK, Nielsen Marketing Cloud
      • DSPs: Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math
