We are assisting our iconic corporate partner to hire a Director of Growth Hacking.
Director of Growth Hacking
This role will be remote. Ideally, candidates will be located in Central or Eastern US Time Zone.
The Director of Growth Hacking is a proven leader who will lead the digital marketing strategy across all our Omni-channel initiatives. We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented go-getter, a strategic and analytical, thinker. As Director of Growth Hacking you will drive measurable and quantifiable results leveraging your deep expertise in attribution. You relish attracting and leading a team for our iconic brand. A strategic partner, you excel in setting your vision and rallying the organization to execute and achieve our goals. You are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and truly understand the story the data is telling.
You will:

  • Attract, develop, and retain a talented team and ensure the people, process and tools are aligned and integrated to enable excellence
  • Drive vision and integrated channel strategies for growth hacking efforts across paid acquisition and SEO to exceed targets
  • Deepen our understanding of customer path to conversion and collaborate with Brand to optimize paths in line with audience strategies
  • Improve creative testing methodologies across all Digital channels
  • Drive innovation by influencing teams across the organization to push the limits of Digital strategy
  • Leverage your domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, and creativity to develop an omni-channel, full funnel strategy
  • Manage digital agencies and determine methodologies to increase capacity
  • Evaluate and develop tooling and automation alongside the Product team


You should have:

  • BS/BA preferred, with a specialty in Business or Marketing
  • 7+ years of direct experience managing Digital ad campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and YouTube, ideally for a B2C brand
  • Deep experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques and attribution models
  • Highly innovative experience integrating efficient Direct Response campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies
  • Rigorous creative testing methodology and ability to communicate findings to in-house creative team in a way that leverages creative to improve channel performance
  • Strong ability to communicate across the organization including CxO level
