Director, Marketing Campaigns

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, results-oriented Director of Marketing Campaigns to lead the planning, execution and optimization of our global demand generation programs.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of experienced campaign managers to deliver integrated, creative marketing campaigns that drive results. This is a player-coach role that requires a leader who can work effectively across different teams, develop a clear strategy, and can get into the details to ensure flawless execution.
As a Director of Marketing Campaigns, you will:
- Plan and orchestrate all horizontal and vertical marketing programs (audiences, messaging, themes, channels, tactics). Drive quarterly campaign calendar
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to meet performance goals (awareness, lead gen, consideration, adoption) for different segments of prospects and customers
- Lead, motivate and mentor an experienced team of world-class campaign managers
- Make decisions and optimize budget for campaigns, programs and trade shows
- Craft and own overall campaign messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Coordinate with your counterparts in product marketing, content/comms, creative design and digital marketing to bring integrated, omnichannel campaigns to market
- Align with the SDR team and sales account executives to drive revenue growth
- Measure and report on campaign performance by traffic, leads, pipeline and revenue
- Coordinate with EMEA and APAC teams to plan and execute global campaigns
- Lead the thinking on campaign architecture and customer journey design to meet performance and revenue growth goals for prospects and customers
Desirable Skills & Experience
- 8-10+ years of experience executing successful B2B campaigns and/or demand generation programs at software/tech companies selling to enterprise customers
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 3-6 direct reports in a player-coach model. Enjoys directly contributing, doing day-to-day campaign execution work as needed
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting and crafting compelling campaign messaging
- Data-driven and results-oriented. Strong track record of delivering pipeline growth and ROI managing large 7-figure budgets
- Experienced in running full-funnel demand gen campaigns. Deep understanding of sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role marketing plays at each stage of the customer journey
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders (including sales leadership), secure consensus and drive cross-functional alignment
- Global campaign management experience (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
- Creative thinker with a passion for testing new approaches and regularly experimenting
- Excellent project management skills. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
