The Impact You Will Make
- Develop effective PPC strategies to drive more high quality web and app traffic
- Lead a team of highly effective Paid Search associates to asses campaign performance, drive insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive business impact through optimization and growth
- Maintain and evolve all aspects of the Paid Search strategy from planning to reporting on campaigns across search engines and markets to ensure KPIs are met
- Partnering with senior leaders and executives across Grubhub to ensure the strategy aligns to the overall company wide initiatives and long term objectives
- Collaborating with functional leaders and the Finance Team to align on budgets and financial targets
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with clients, vendors and agency partners
- Delivering reports, insights, and forecasts that accurately measures channel performance
- Develop and implement strategies for keyword expansion, ad copy testing and continuous optimization of ROAS targets to meet and exceed KPIs
What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of marketing and leadership experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Significant SEM experience in an evolving competitive industry
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- 4+ years of leadership/management experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple functions in a fast paced, changing environment
- Solid financial management and analytical skills. You will be advising on a large marketing budget and must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to optimize spend based on performance
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a bias towards technical SEM, feed management, ect.
- Proven track record of delivering outsized business impact through aggressive SEM campaign optimization
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the rigor and discipline to build the business and creative competencies that will allow Grubhub to continue to stand out in the market.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, engineering or business is required.

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine."
