As we're gearing up for more growth, we need a Director or Partner Marketing to build us a vibrant, engaged and profitable partner community. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Evolve and grow the partner program in the dental industry ecosystem for RevenueWell. Create the tools processes needed to strengthen 150+ existing partner relationships such as practice coaches, resellers, and thought leaders. 
  • Own the partner strategy to co-sell and co-market at conferences, events, and speaking engagements. Plan and execute sponsorship, communication outreach and follow-up campaigns around local and national events. 
  • Succeed at go-to-market strategies with partners for direct compelling marketing programs that create top of the funnel demand and ARR. Convert leads to demos and demos to sales. 
  • Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, refining rules of engagement getting the entire ecosystem to click.
  • Set high-level annual goals, and then recruit, mentor and manage top-notch talent to hit them.

What We're Looking For 

  • Someone who's done this before: a minimum of 10 years of experience in a partner/channel marketing role for a B2B technology company
  • A great relationship builder: Someone who can become a trusted advisor and an advocate for our strategic parnets, and can create an environment where everybody wins
  • An awesome people manager: Someone who could build and motivate a team, and work closely with digital, product and content marketing leaders to create programs that work
  • Somebody who knows how to put on a show: We think event marketing will be a bigger part of our strategy going forward. We need someone who can create an impactful RW-owned event, or make the most of our participation in conferences and other sponsored opportunities
