Director, Product Marketing
Job Profile
Responsible for planning, creating, and coordinating execution of marketing campaigns, product marketing content and collateral to expand ByAllAccounts reach and potential customer pipeline.
About the Role
As Director of Marketing at Morningstar ByAllAccounts, you will drive impact across the entire product lifecycle, with primary responsibility for go-to-market plans, and growing product adoption post-launch. You will define and prioritize work that contributes to growth goals across our customer segments including financial institutions, fintechs, and RIA platform providers. You will develop a full understanding of our product offerings and customer segments, and collaborate closely with sales, customer success, marketing & product management teams. The ideal candidate has experience marketing SaaS/Fintech solutions to enterprises and developers.
Job Responsibilities• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to set ambitious growth goals - and achieve them.• Articulate how Product Marketing will contribute to the overall execution plan with the appropriate measures and checkpoints.• Drive thought leadership by staying on top of market trends and emerging preferences of consumers and our customer segments.• Demonstrate a compelling perspective on where the market is headed and how we can preemptively meet our customers' FinTech needs.• Simplify and articulate complex enterprise fintech solutions in a way which audiences can grasp and feel engaged by• Surface insights in marketing strategy and cross-functional decision-making.• Create and validate data-informed segmentation and targeting strategies.• Analyze our customer base and market data to establish where we should focus our marketing efforts.• Develop expertise in the features, benefits and application of ByAllAccount's aggregation platform and solutions• Drive go-to-market initiatives by creating clear targets and messaging that speaks to customer segment needs. Activate the right channels, track results, and iterate toward improvement. Drive work with agency partners and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in technology companies, with 5+ years in a FinTech product marketing role• BA in Marketing or equivalent• Strong project management and organizational skills. Capable of balancing multiple projects and goals. Detail orientation where it matters.• A proactive nature. Lay out plans that others are eager to follow.• A bias toward collaboration! Excitement to share your expertise with the team shows up in attention, diligence, and communication.
