About The Role

As G2’s Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for providing leadership, structure, and direction to a talented team of product marketers. 

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about product growth and expansion. We are looking for a visionary leader who can define a blueprint for cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, results oriented and a strong thought partner with our cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns, webinars and product enablement. This candidate is well versed in tracking marketing influence, revenue performance and product adoption. We are looking for a candidate who likes to think unconventionally, introduce new processes and inspire others to execute coordinated plans.

This role will lead product marketing strategy for G2 Marketing Solutions. 

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams and will collaborate with customers and partners globally.

In This Role, You Will: 

  • Identify, prioritize, and act on strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities  
  • Drive, measure, and track marketing influenced revenue, performance and adoption metrics
  • Build full funnel marketing strategies and execute across the ecosystem
  • Implement in-product marketing strategies to generate growth 
  • Develop campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to drive pipeline
  • Ability to define, own and drive key initiatives with minimal direction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have 8+ years of experience working in product marketing and/or marketing at fast-growing SaaS or marketplace companies
  • Skilled at telling different narratives, customizable by audience and need  
  • Familiarity with attribution and how to drive focus on metrics that matter
  • Experience with influencing and working cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders and senior leaders

What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:

  • You have worked for MarTech SaaS companies
  • You are/have been a G2 customer or have a strong understand of G2’s business and solutions
  • You have launched products in your professional experience
