eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
We're looking for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team as we scale in 2021.
This position reports to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing and will assist in the development and execution of strategy designed to grow online sales and increase brand awareness. While technical expertise is important, we’re looking for someone with energy, focus and a passion for brand building. Working within a lean team that operates cross-functionally, you'll have the opportunity to add skills and evolve the role over time. This position will be critical in directly managing eCommerce business on which the company will grow for years to come.
What will you do at YouCopia?
- Maintain health of the Amazon flywheel to sustain growth of existing items and ensure quick ramp-up of new items.
- Manage “active” online catalog merchandising and oversee search engine optimization where YouCopia items are available (DTC, Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.).
- Work closely with the Specialist to optimize always-on campaigns (SEM, Amazon Ads, Social, and other e-Retailers (Criteo, Walmart, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with the Content Marketing Manager to develop digital marketing campaigns to support seasonal objectives across our digital marketing channels.
- Execute launch plans for new YouCopia products on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms by working cross-functionally on communication priorities and tactics.
- Develop and oversee execution of new CRM marketing automation (Email, SMS, and traditional) for YouCopia’s DTC website.
- Assist in the presentation of the Monthly Marketing Dashboard to report performance against KPIs across our digital channels.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 5-8 years of digital marketing/advertising and communications experience; CPG or housewares industry is a major plus
- Excellent understanding of online marketing, advertising and analytics
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices for DTC sites
- Experience creating reports via Google Analytics, Google Adwords, social platforms, or other platforms (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate with management, colleagues, customers, suppliers and other industry contacts
- Positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and is a resourceful problem-solver
- Bachelor’s degree
