Job Summary
The eCommerce Manager will develop and lead the execution of strategies for revenue growth on assigned websites. This growth will be accomplished through acquisition and customer retention activities and improvements to the online user experience. The eCommerce Manager will collaborate with members from corresponding business units, product marketers, and digital marketing channel teams to design and implement successful campaigns. The employee is expected to adhere to ethics policies and practices as established by OnCourse Learning.

Essential Functions
- Own the ecommerce marketing strategy and execution.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth to achieve targets for B2C ecommerce channels.
- Work with partners to ensure consistent brand and product representation.
- Develop effective acquisition, merchandising, and promotion campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign and website performance and update campaign calendar and website roadmap to reflect new insights.
- Conduct frequent competitive analyses and develop strategies to win against competition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Experience
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
- Possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Effectively organize, prioritize, plan, and follow through on multiple assignments and projects.
- Current and thorough knowledge of effective web design, techniques and internet technologies.
- Think strategically to solve problems and make timely decisions.
- Resolve conflicts and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively to influence others and gain support to achieve results in a cooperative manner.
- Excellent presentation and research skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in improving our business.
- Experience with Magento - 2.0 preferred.
- CSS and HTML coding skills.
- Experience with cross-browser responsive web design techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, digital media, and UX/UI.
- Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics.
