Our Email Campaign Manager is in charge of developing and deploying email campaigns for customers, partners and potential clients. In this role, you will be proficient in CRM and email campaign programs. You should be familiar with and excited about email execution, email performance metrics and project management fundamentals. As an amazing Email Campaign Manager, you will be able to multi-task and work collaboratively with marketing, merchandising, product development and other departments.

Responsibilities:
Drive the email program strategy for Groupon
You will run reports for individual campaigns in aggregate and assist in tracking email engagement trends, metrics and financial performance
Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of campaign performance
You will take an active role in planning and executing email marketing campaigns
You will partner with Marketing to ensure copy and email deployment of various marketing programs
You will lead constant campaign optimization of email components - subject line, templates, content, etc.
You will partner closely with vertical merchandising teams on calendar planning, project prioritization and performance tracking
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of email marketing experience
Familiarity with Push Notification targeting and methodologies is awesome
Excellent project management and communication skills
Deep knowledge of email methodologies and domestic CAN-SPAM laws
We would love if you have experience crafting and executing A/B/n tests
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
