Mac & Mia Email Marketing Manager

Mac & Mia is searching for an integrated marketing manager to lead our email segmentation, retention and loyalty efforts. This digital marketing candidate will own the entire email marketing lifecycle from strategy to execution. This role will also function as a key member of a tight-knit marketing team and will report directly to our VP of Marketing.

Candidates Should Apply for This Position If:

  • Own the day to day implementation of the email content calendar.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on email and retention best practices.
  • Develop email marketing strategies for customer lifecycle, onboarding, growth and retention programs.
  • Make recommendations as to how Mac & Mia can incorporate these into our customer lifecycle communications – specifically for personalization and segmentation.
  • Own and report on a rigorous A/B testing approach.
  • Analyze engagement and behavioral data.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze churn.
  • Work with the analytics and paid media stakeholders to develop a better understanding of the Mac & Mia customer, and develop segmentation strategies and content accordingly.
  • Dig into any other area of our marketing efforts where you can make an impact.

Qualifications Should Include:

  • BS/BA, preferably in marketing, business or analytical field.
  • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering email-marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of customer retention, email marketing execution and content-driven best practices.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and ability to implement triggers based on customer data.

  • Someone with ESP migration experience (bonus points).
  • Someone with HTML experience (bonus points).
