Being an Employer Brand Specialist at iManage means…
You are a creative and engaging marketer, with a passion for storytelling and brand management. You are eager to bring employee messages to life with an eye for showcasing our culture in creative ways to external talent. You will work with a variety of teams to highlight our employee value proposition through various mediums, and position iManage as a best place to work across the globe.
As part of the Global People Operations team, you’ll have a chance to interact and partner with teams in Chicago, London, Bangalore, Toronto, Belfast and more. iM Responsible for…
- Defining and documenting our employee value proposition, ensuring all employees can articulate what it means to work at iManage
- Partnering with Marketing to align the employer brand of iManage with the corporate brand vision
- Turn our culture inside out, working with our Employee Engagement Specialist to share the work of our Employee Resource Groups and internal engagement with the external market
- Creating external content calendar and leveraging data and insights to determine effectiveness of campaigns
- Developing unique strategies to elevate the iManage brand in the tech communities around the world
- Creating attention-grabbing content in a variety of formats (IE Text, Visual, Audio) that engages potential employees
- Partnering with Social Media Manager to create content for our employee base to share on SocialHP
- Promoting our referral program internally with an eye for new ideas and creative ways to engage our employees
- Building and maintaining recruitment collateral such as infographics, videos, and brochures that represent our employee voices and culture
- Partnering with to create external blog series showcasing the innovative work of our global teams
- Continuously evolving the content on our careers page
- Managing content for recruitment platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Hired.Com, BuiltIn etc
- Identifying new platforms, sites, and media to cultivate an iManage presence and our employer brand
- Researching, identifying and managing employer award programs to build employer brand IE: Belfast’s Digital DNA Top Tech companies, Crain’s Top Companies hiring, Built in Chicago Top Companies hiring
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- Experience in recruitment, social media or brand marketing
- A passion for creative storytelling and writing externally-facing content
- A compelling writing style and engaging tone
- Proven experience working in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative problem-solving experience to get the job done
Bonus points because I have...
- Experience with Canva or other design tools
- Experience working with a growth stage technology company
- Exposure to global employee populations
