As the Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, you’ll build brand recognition and drive awareness amongst our target accounts and biggest customers through events. You’ll design unforgettable experiences from intimate executive dinners and our annual Work Without Limits Executive Summit to our tradeshow booth. You’ll develop and host event programming around the country that complements our greater customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy strategies. You will directly manage event operations and logistics, agencies and contractors, and project deliverables and needs, including post-event reporting. You bring a proven track record of flawless event execution, marketing communication, and project management with a strong eye for detail and branding around speaker and attendee experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational preparation for all events including logistics, speaker prep sessions, setup and teardown, vendor management, invitation sends, RSVP and waitlist management, and asset maintenance
  • Analyze data and provide insights post-event for future executions to ensure we are optimizing our event marketing investments, aligning our event strategy to our campaigns and business objectives, and delivering quality leads to the Sales team
  • Own the events budget and calendar, team communications and briefings with executive leaders, team representatives, and cross-functional partners, plus the post-event reporting and analysis
  • Cultivate positive relationships with sales leadership to encourage communication and openness into events-related decisions and needs
  • Handle all general event operations and program inquiries
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers, secures speakers, and assist in the curation of event content
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote strategic events via social, email and online marketing channels
  • Maintain a disciplined and effective project management approach to events
  • Travel to events and customers 30-50% of the time

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • You have more than 5 years of event planning and/or field marketing experience for a top brand.
  • You can share work samples that exude creativity, customer-centricity, eye-catching design, and flawless writing skills.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to remove roadblocks independently and drive projects through to completion.

  • You can take direction and input to develop effective event strategies that are engaging, creative and will achieve the organizational plus brand goals
  • You have a list of references who can attest to your culture-carrying personality and sense of humor.
  • You solve problems with data and analytics and can work autonomously and deliver meaningful results
  • You have superb time management skills and are a multi-tasking expert
  • You always put the customer first and love collaborating with interdepartmental teams
  • You can lead multiple events at one time, which are at various stages in the planning process
  • You've built a field marketing function from the ground up at a leading tech company
  • You've spent 2+ years working in Salesforce, an event management platform, and a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo
  • You're familiar with email marketing, html, Wordpress, and/or Photoshop
