As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of all events in the Chicago market. You will play a critical role in engaging with our local community and be a key player in growing both sides of Getaround’s marketplace in Chicago (car owners and renters). Your responsibilities include executing local events, hiring, training and managing a team of top Brand Ambassadors, and gathering leads to deliver on quarterly marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, hard working, and has relevant field marketing experience. You are a self-starter that works well with minimal direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, organize, and execute local marketing events and programs.
• Hire, train, and manage contract resources, including brand ambassadors and event staff.
• Process leads for analysis of campaign metrics.
• Build event summary reports to identify trends and increase ROI on local marketing efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Business Development Teams to drive local marketing campaigns and to ensure consistent messaging.
• Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the office and 50% in the field working events.
