Global Marketing Manager
TmaxSoft is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team player to join our global marketing organization. This person should be a people person with the ability to help plan and execute lead gen campaigns, coordinate marketing content and work with our sales team to drive awareness for our products. A passion for technology and a can-do attitude is desired. The company feels like a start-up with an established 21-year old brand behind it.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing campaigns using Pardot to load content, build emails and landing pages and report on results.
• Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage the company’s social media channels. Maintain a social editorial content calendar and manage daily social postings with creative content. Measure and track social media influence and report on results.
• Engage with Inside Sales and Sales to track lead follow-up, qualification and conversion to ensure that there is alignment between marketing activity and lead follow-up.
• Assist the sales teams globally with marketing needs including events, campaigns and content.
• Monitor and manage the company website – post blogs, media releases, update content.
• Assist with the creation of content – press releases, blogs, sales presentations, eBooks, videos.
• Layout content with an eye towards the creative using design software.
• Create customer facing presentations for the sales team and executive leadership to leverage.

Expectations

• BA required in marketing, communications or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in the technology industry desired
• Experience with design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• Competent with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Competent with Wordpress, Google Analytics and Pardot (or other marketing automation system)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, and/or willingness to learn the basics of the system

Work Environment
Must live in the Chicago Metro area and be willing to work in our Chicago Loop global headquarters. We are not considering remote applicants. Limited or no business travel is expected for this position.

Compensation
TmaxSoft offers an aggressive compensation plan. Initial base salary will be aligned with the individual’s experience and prior success. TmaxSoft also offers a strong benefits package.
