The Manager, Global Marketing Operations at Ensono is a high profile and critical role on the marketing team and for the company. The Manager drives insight – driven demand generation, specifically as it relates to providing the analytical, operational, and technical foundation on which the team effectively runs and creates quality leads for our sellers. The Manager achieves the mandate through cross-functional collaboration and direct management of a demand generation agency as well as exemplary communication and executive presence. Ultimately the Manager will build a small team of digital demand generation experts.
Experienced “hands on” manager with proven analytical and operational expertise as a key team member or leader of a marketing operations function at an established company. Possess strong point of view on the role of marketing in generating business, pay close attention to the details, manage your time with precision, and effectively juggle and multiple projects simultaneously. Possess a natural proclivity toward working with data to ascertain insights and use that to help our regional marketing leads to maximize campaign results. Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools. Ability to thrive, in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, Global Demand Generation and is based in our HQ in greater Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

Marketing Digital Demand Generation: Strategic and tactical development and oversight of Ensono’s demand generation system and processes

· Marketing Resource Management (MRM)

· Marketing Automation (Marketo)

· Lead Scoring and Management

· Data Management and Governance

· Market Segmentation and account – based targeting (including targeted list management and enrichment with alternative data types)

· Campaign Management (Operational Planning, Execution, and Performance Management)

· Drip and nurture campaigns

· Performance Metrics, Analytics, and Dashboarding

· Integration with Sales Operations
Definition and creation of best practices

· Sales Liaison

· Marketing technology assessments and implementation

· Management of a variety of technology, data, and service vendors

· Marketing Compliance and training

Marketing Planning and Administration: Strategic and tactical management and oversight of key marketing processes and communications

· Annual marketing planning

· Budget Management

· Quarterly marketing executive presentations

· Monthly Business Reviews

· Liaison with HR, Finance, Compliance, Security

· Marketing knowledge management

Skills and Experience:

· BA, BS degree

· 7 – 10 years of work experience

· Experience working  in demand generation with lead capture (new client acquisition): data management and analytics, lead scoring, campaign management, and reporting

· Hands on proficiency in data and analytics including intent data

· Experience with marketing automation with a preference for Marketo

· Expertise in digital demand generation including digital account-based marketing techniques and SEM

· Expert presentation building and delivery skills

· Financial proficiency and budgeting skills

· Marketing technology expertise
