About the job.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll work with our internal team and external partners to test and optimize our paid media mix for new customer acquisition. You'll wear many hats, leading the strategy, execution, and analysis on digital channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, and Affiliate. You will report to our Growth Marketing Director.

You will partner closely with brand and creative to develop thumb-stopping ads that drive engagement and purchase behavior.
How you'll spend your time at Tovala
- Oversee our digital agency and develop a growth strategy that helps build toward our short, medium, and long term objectives
- Own relationships with external partners and vendors
- Design and coordinate A/B experiments to drive cost effective business growth
- Test new marketing channels and tactics to diversify Tovala's marketing mix
- Collaborate with brand and creative to develop breakthrough ads
- Analyze results of campaigns and socialize learnings with the broader team
- Deeply understand the prospective Tovala customer; learn about motivations, backgrounds, and interests to develop advertising that resonates with them
- Own decisions and the prioritization of what is on the testing roadmap
Requirements
About you
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth with hands on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Full Story
- Proficiency in Excel
- SQL experience is a plus
- Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the customer, the channel, and the business
- Track record driving results for ecommerce or subscription based businesses
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
