This position is remote-friendly, though we do have an office near downtown Chicago for employees who choose to come in and collaborate with their peers. Non-Chicago employees may be asked to travel to Chicago once or twice a year for company-wide events.

Summary/Objective
The Growth Marketer reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications, and will work closely with our digital marketing agency and teammates in Marketing and Creative to develop and execute growth tactics across a variety of paid channels. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns and experiments with a focus on customer growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop paid media strategy - continually improve our existing channels while experimenting with and helping us discover new ones
Drive high-impact growth plans in order to learn quickly and drive ROI
Own relationship with our digital marketing agency, facilitating the set up of new channels, audiences, campaigns, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and reporting
Take a full-funnel approach to customer acquisition, leveraging a variety of channels to reach our target audiences
Define success metrics and track/report on core KPIs
Put together creative briefs and work with Creative team to develop campaign assets and refresh them on a consistent basis
Coordinate with teams internally to align growth strategy with other cross-team initiatives in Content, PR, Technology, etc.

Current Marketing Systems: Marketing Cloud (marketing automation), Drupal (CMS, website administration), Google Analytics (baseline web analytics)
Requirements
3+ years in a growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related role
Expertise in SEM and PPC and other common types of paid initiatives
Skilled in MS Excel and generally comfortable with technology and data analysis
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Able to develop and drive key initiatives with minimal direction
Experience developing strategy and launching campaigns in newer channels (TikTok, Reddit, Spotify, etc.) a plus
Experience managing $500K+ annual budgets a plus
B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus
