The Role

Paro is hiring an individual to take ownership of our paid media channels and run our relationship with our digital agency. The ideal candidate has deep experience across digital marketing channels for B2B companies that will be directly applied toward expanding / balancing our channel mix, managing spend efficiency and growing our MQL volumes. This role will focus as granularly into campaign setup and execution as necessary while also challenging current and implementing new creative to drive better performance. Further, this role will define, test and prove new frontiers for efficient digital acquisition as well as stay on top of industry trends and best practices. 

The Head of Demand Generation will transform how our business grows going forward and must embrace both the opportunity and challenge. They will be proactive in defining new opportunities while staying extremely close to ongoing performance to drive continued optimization. They will need to be highly technical and analytical to drive execution and find proof in our transaction data. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the current and expanded strategy behind paid media PPC, social (Facebook & Linkedin) and other channels
  • Share in execution with digital agency, balancing speed of iteration with discipline required to drive sustainable performance 
  • Understand customer personas and build strategy to effectively reach and efficiently acquire targets; support the evolution of our ICPs
  • Partner cross-functionally to help define strategic opportunities and priorities that support spend-efficient lead growth and, ultimately, output of our inbound sales team
  • Own performance reporting for all inbound efforts, including the articulation of areas for optimization, new opportunities and ongoing testing

 

How you’ll add value:

  • 7+ years of demand and lead generation for B2B businesses
  • Deep technical knowledge of PPC, social and other paid digital acquisition channels
  • Ability to strategically prioritize and uses data to inform decision making
  • Strong analytical skills paired with creativity, project management and planning skills
  • Highly proactive and flexible in prioritizing and producing quality results under deadline 
  • Past experience working at an agency preferred
  • Functional knowledge of finance and accounting industries preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable hands on experience
