Vice President, Demand Generation

The first-ever Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel leads for the Tegus Platform. This individual will focus on creating compelling and unique content as marketing assets, distributing content via digital outreach, and driving and re-targeting organic leads via quality search engine optimization. The Head of Demand Generation will work closely with the Sales team in understanding customer personas and customer channels to create deep-rooted trust and credibility in the market.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy behind demand generation and lead generation by executing the distribution of channels with high quality content.
- Develop a compelling and authentic voice that resonates with customers by intimately understanding their needs.
- Expand, manage, and lead a team of content marketers, social marketers, and outbound content creators.
- Improve website performance on desktop and mobile to increase traffic.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation and lead generation.
- Strong track record of achieving success in B2B marketing.
- Passion for understanding customer personas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience managing and leading a team preferred.
