About The Role
G2 is looking for an experienced event marketer to own REACH events and develop a global community strategy. REACH is G2’s annual event that invites people who sell, market, and buy software to engage in an unconventional conference experience with inspirational speakers and industry leaders. In addition to planning REACH, this person will also be responsible for creating G2’s community strategy to engage with G2 users across the globe and managing all company launch events. Key metrics for this role include pipeline driven through REACH events, event attendance, NPS scores, and sponsor sales.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, managing, and executing all REACH events and conferences, including managing third party relationships, sponsorships, digital and onsite experiences
- Plan, manage, and execute office, product and company launch events
- Develop our community and in-market event strategy to extend the G2 brand and engage with more users
- Approximately 25% travel time expected
Desired Skills
- 5-7 Years in B2B or B2C Marketing
- Experience in planning & executing B2B/B2C events
- Skilled project manager and detailed oriented
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills
