What is a Head of Lifecycle/CRM Marketing? 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading all in-funnel and post-sale customer relationship management communications across email and push. You will focus on developing highly segmented and personalized campaigns that will drive measurable increases in sales and improvements in policyholder retention. As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Head of Lifecycle/CRM Marketing will also be responsible for driving cross-functional growth in partnership with our Acquisition Marketing, Creative Services, and PR/Comms. 

What will you do?

  • Create and implement conversion optimized email campaigns that drive business value
  • Build analytics and reporting capabilities to measure progress towards defined KPIs
  • Plan and implement nurture campaigns that engage and drive potential policyholders down the purchase funnel
  • Develop and optimize campaigns that drive ongoing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle as a Clearcover policyholder
  • Establish A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance
  • Determine the Marketing technology stack (Customer.IO, Marketo, etc.) to support better-er performance and tracking 
  • Build weekly and monthly report outs to optimize campaign performance and share learnings between departments

What do you need?

  • A belief in our mission, alignment with our values, and enthusiasm in how you and your team will contribute to our vision
  • 10+ years lifecycle marketing experience, ideally focused on both driving sales and managing customer lifecycle communications
  • Analytical mindset and unparalleled attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work 
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Enjoy building, refining and scaling key processes
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. You are a clear communicator that is collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Deep experience giving and receiving feedback as a means to foster alignment, effectiveness and inclusion
