JOB DESCRIPTION
Supernova Lending, LLC (“Supernova”) is a fast-growing company providing wealth management lending SaaS solutions to financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, broker/dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, etc.). Those institutions then are able to help their clients’ by offering a competitive and flexible liquidity solution. Our marketing team is critical to helping clients achieve their successes. We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile marketing leader who can think strategically and thrives in “doing whatever it takes to get things done” small and fast growing company setting to join us in our Chicago office. You should come with proven experience marketing SaaS software products, and enjoy creative problem solving when facing new challenges. The role reports to the EVP of Sales & Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define Go-to-Market strategy/plan in collaboration with other stakeholders for our SaaS based lending solutions. Lead creation of segment specific marketing assets across channels and types (sales presentations, product sheets, articles, whitepapers, blogs, infographics, webinars, videos etc.)
- Establish Supernova’s thought leadership in wealth management lending through creation of compelling content pieces and events
- Develop and execute campaigns, leverage digital channels to help drive awareness and marketing leads
- Work with customers to create cases studies, client testimonials, provide trusted advice on best practices, maintain and enhance a library of reusable client marketing materials
- Track results of marketing initiatives/projects and relentlessly iterate to optimize and maximize business outcome
- Work with sales/marketing enablement manager to optimize technology infrastructure to improve processes, productivity and outcome
- Coordinate events/conferences, PR as needed
- Support other initiatives and perform other duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8-10 years of product and content marketing experience in SaaS software/Fintech firms
- Track record of successfully leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop Go-to-Market plan, and execute multi-channel marketing programs
- Ability to multi-task, agility in reprioritizing projects/works depending on business needs, relentless with the pursue of quality/excellence, all within the constraints of a small yet fast growing company
- Creative yet data-driven/analytical, must understand how to translate marketing metrics into stories and opportunities for action
- Self-starter and passion for “doing the impossible”; committed to testing, learning, and iterating
- Previous experience partnering closely with sales teams to deliver sales enabling assets/training, success in influencing sales pipeline development, and participating in client engagements
- Passion about Fintech and familiarity with consumer lending a plus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Certifications and/or experience working in an Agile environment and using Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, On24, wikis, Marketo or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA preferred
