We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager to establish, execute, track & optimize our demand generation and campaign program. Suited to a highly metric and results-oriented individual, the position works closely with the content and product functions to promote and maximize the impact of other initiatives within the business, and is central to the expanding marketing department and its role in driving the company forward from a revenue and awareness perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create e-mail marketing programs for demand generation, nurturing, and on-boarding, as well as including writing all content for emails, maintaining the constituent email database, initiating monthly email campaigns, and developing creative graphic pieces for each campaign.
  • Oversight of all demand generation channels – including Web and Tradeshows, liaising with the events and web teams as appropriate to deliver and maintain a central view of metrics across all platforms that can inform decisions on strategy and spend.
  • Build monthly and quarterly MQL and SQL targets with sales. Deliver a consistent flow of sales-ready leads, and mature existing opportunities by developing, executing and optimizing lead generation and nurture programs
  • Constantly analyse existing campaign performance for opportunities to increase efficiency and throughput using conversion analysis tools at your disposal, including those in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Design key segmentation strategies, creating compelling content and offerings mapped to buyer personas.
  • Produce weekly updates, preferably via a dashboard, for management showing the health of the lead pipeline with key performance metrics and leading indicators of sales performance. Effectively communicate plans and metrics regularly to leadership.
  • Identify and recommend new sources of email lists for both potential leads and to enable us to target new segments and markets effectively.
  • Work closely with sales team to gain valuable feedback that can be used to adjust the strategy to better identify buyer readiness.
  • Develop and maintain our CRM and Marketing Automation software campaign management, execution, and reporting. Monitor site analytics through Google Analytics so that our website conversion rate is maximized.
  • Create and integrate all graphic design needs for website, email templates, and social media sites.
  • Support events and tradeshows, in particular, our annual conference, by generating email content and landing pages to drive registration and customer interaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven, successful inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels.
  • Track record of success achieving KPI’s in the high tech B2B space.
  • Advanced knowledge of current B2B demand generation methods (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.).
  • Previous experience managing multi-channel marketing budgets and processes.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM experience required (Hubspot and SFDC preferred) as well as web analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
