Influencer Marketing Associate

The Influencer Marketing Associate will be a crucial part of the influencer marketing team, and larger digital team, and will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns at scale. This person will lead day-to-day management of in house-influencer programs and will assist with programs managed by external agency partners. This role will also include a focus on program strategy in addition to hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about influencer marketing, have strong communication skills and the ability to think big picture while also being detail oriented.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Mange influencer programs at scale
- Identify potential influencer partners based on a set of established criteria
- Conduct outreach to, and negotiate with potential partners
- Manage relationships with influencers and oversee the content creation process from start to finish
- Evaluate and report on content performance based on established program goals
Budget management and results analysis
- Manage a portion of the overall program budget and determine how to allocate to meet program goals
- Post-campaign, analyze results and make recommendations on how to increase efficiency of future programs

Work with external agency partners
- Oversee agency partner who assists on daily execution and planning of monthly campaigns
- Work with partners to ensure all campaigns are on schedule and provide strategic direction throughout the campaign
- Analyze program results and work to increase efficiency of program
Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team
- Assist with planning, execution and reporting of retail marketing campaigns
- Work with creative team members to identify and develop strong influencer content to leverage across paid media channels
Position requires less than 5% travel

- 2+ years experience in social media marketing/influencer marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platform functionality and user behavior
- Extremely detail and results oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Agency or previous brand experience preferred
