Equilibria is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their rapidly growing Business Development team. Equilibria is a high-growth, omni-channel premium CBD platform for women. Details

• Reach out to new influencers on a daily basis
• Make recommendations and suggestions on potential influencers
• Maintaining the initial contact/discussion with influencers and managers
• Logging all contacts and conversations in Salesforce
• Helping with influencer event details and coordination
• Reporting analytics on each influencer (promo code usage, growth, etc.)
• Maintaining monthly invoices and contract process with each influencer
• Coordinate all affiliate information (promo codes, commissions, etc.)
• Engage with all current, past and potential influencers on Instagram
• Update all influencer collateral when needed

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years experience in marketing (content, digital, influencer marketing is a plus)
• Proven knowledge of social platforms and how unique communities, influencers, and audiences are using them.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and flexible work ethic!
