Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

It is with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add an Integrated Marketing Communication Manager to execute national and vertical-specific campaigns that drive revenue goals. You will be our internal expert on Hireology’s value proposition and will develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding multi-tasker who enjoys working on a range of marketing initiatives from thought leadership to planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. As our Integrated Communications Marketing Manager you will:
Create ideas, develop, own and project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, across email, paid advertising, social and other integrated channels.
Identify unique opportunities to get Hireology’s message to our target audiences - both internally and externally
Execute marketing programs for assigned verticals including managing quarterly plans and hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
Manage an integrated marketing calendar and maintain a regular communication cadence between internal, corporate, and vendor partners
Field requests from individual members of the sales team and assist with prioritization of marketing activities to support individual markets or verticals
Drive Hireology’s thought leadership strategy and work with the Marketing Content team to deliver unique and compelling thought leadership
Collaborate with business development, sales, customer success and other internal teams

- 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation or marketing campaign management roles with proven results and project management skills
- Experience with Salesforce and project management tools. Email automation programs experience is a plus (HubSpot/Pardot or similar)
- Experience with managing paid advertising budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience
