Making a Difference
This role is responsible for, and owns, the creation and management of demand and lead generation campaigns and pipeline for our hyper-growth Risk Management business. The role will strategize, develop, execute and optimize global go-to-market plans and programs designed to increase sales growth and expand market share. The focus will be on account acquisition from our current database as well as leveraging our position as an industry leader to drive expansion into our total addressable market.
In addition to managing and executing integrated marketing programs, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the results of those programs across the sales funnel. You will work closely with and leverage the knowledge of sales and marketing to develop a plan to generate leads, opportunities, awareness and to grow pipeline globally, driving input and execution across all departments. You will also work closely with sales and services to develop a target list of accounts and an account based marketing strategy.
Your daily life:
Create pipeline through multichannel (SEO and SEM, website optimization, compelling call-to-actions, digital marketing, display, webinars, social and automated nurturing)
Campaign Strategy
Account-Based marketing strategy implementation and program execution
Communicate and define goals/priorities (aligned to reporting)
Own the lead management process from lead capture to tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations for future program and campaign investments
Use automation to improve processes and productivity including leveraging our MarTech stack
Manage the calendar of activities including campaigns, themes, deliverables
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and the rest of the marketing team to provide great internal communication
MarTech stack implementation and maintenance, working to ensure efficiency and system and data hygiene between marketing and sales ops
Helpout with other marketing initiatives as needed. Marketing is a team sport!
What you bring with you:
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
Understanding of marketing best practices and automation, buyer personas and buyer journey
Experience setting goals, and managing KPIs, reporting and analytics
Excellence at multitasking, working with competing deadlines, project management and budget management skills, written and communication skills
Ability to align cross-team efforts (within Marketing)
Good at identifying obstacles and providing solutions
Experience with Account Segmentation
Ability to define, implement and manage lead scoring and lead routing
Experience with process/resource alignment and management(contractors, new headcount, agencies)
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot and Marketo
Experience with Engagio, DemandBase, Terminus and/or other ABM technology a plus
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology services space
3 to 4 years of experience managing high performing teams
Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and demand generation
Ability to demonstrate a track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
Strong management and leadership capabilities
Experience building and measuring ABM programs and initiatives
