Impact You'll Make

Global Technology Communications sits at the nexus of innovation, technology, and employee engagement. We’re looking for a talented and strategic internal communicator to join TransUnion’s Internal Communications team leading this important work stream.

You’ll be responsible for planning, writing and producing communications that engage TransUnion’s associates, strengthening connection to our brand, celebrating our successes and ensuring awareness of the tools and technology that is driving business growth and scaling our global operating model.

You’ll write – a lot. A journalistic mindset – the ability to see news from the audiences’ perspective and ask questions of business partners to drive for clarity – is essential. Equipped with that information, you’ll develop communication plans and associated deliverables, including leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations and other associate-facing materials. Along the way, you’ll track key performance metrics, listen to feedback from our associates, and adjust our plans as needed.

TransUnion’s internal communications approach focuses on outcomes over output. You’ll lead conversations with our Global Technology business partners to understand their business objectives, then develop, articulate and execute the strategies that deliver the mutually determined outcomes.

We’re strategic partners to our colleagues in Global Technology. A consulting mindset and leadership presence are critical.

This is a great opportunity for an innovator to contribute your creativity and make a meaningful difference as we engage our associates – strengthening their connection to TransUnion and bringing clarity and consistency during a time of dynamic transition.

This person will join a dynamic communications team that helps build and protect TransUnion’s reputation with key stakeholders worldwide.
