What You'll Bring
A minimum of 4 years relevant progressive communication experience
Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write and edit compelling content
Expertise in corporate communication programs and channels, with a track record of success developing, executing and measuring strategic communication
Ability to form consultative working relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Strong resource management, prioritization and organizational skills
Comfortable working under deadline pressure in a rapidly evolving environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
We'd love to see:
Experience communicating with a diverse global audience
Advanced degree in Marketing or Communications
Experience in large scale Global Technology transformations
Experience in preparing associate and manager communication strategies
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
Impact You'll Make
You’ll be responsible for developing and continuously iterating a multi-channel communications strategy and calendar aimed at increasing visibility and understanding our technology transformation across the organization.
You’ll write – a lot. A journalistic mindset – the ability to see news from the audiences’ perspective and ask questions of business partners to drive for clarity – is essential. Equipped with that information, you’ll develop communication plans and associated deliverables, multi-stage, strategic communication plans for associates, intranet articles, presentations and other associate-facing materials.
You’ll lead conversations with our Global Technology business partners to understand their business objectives, then develop, articulate and execute the strategies that deliver the mutually determined outcomes.
We’re strategic partners to our colleagues in Global Technology. A consulting mindset and leadership presence are critical. This leader will develop or drive materials to drive awareness, project milestones, thought leadership, opportunities, continued development and more to our associates. Along the way, you’ll track key performance metrics, listen to feedback from our associates, and adjust plans as needed.
