What You'll Bring
Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write and edit compelling content
A positive attitude and the ability to form collaborative working relationships with team members
Flexibility and ability to gracefully navigate ambiguity, deadline pressure and conflicting requests
Self-motivated with a talent for working entrepreneurially in a global environment
Prior successful experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with competing objectives
A minimum of 1-3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Bachelor’s degree

Impact You'll Make
We’re looking for a great communicator to join TransUnion as a Specialist on our Corporate Affairs & Communications team. This person will join a dynamic communications team that helps build and protect TransUnion’s reputation with key stakeholders worldwide. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across TransUnion including our creative team, Total Impact, Human Resources, Brand, Global Technology, Legal and more.
The ideal candidate will have versatile communications skills – including strong written and verbal communication – and the ability to develop a variety of communication deliverables, working with cross-functional teams within TransUnion and outside agencies.
Below are some of the ways you will be able to make an impact:
You will support communication managers in implementing strategic communications programs, including content development, approvals and delivery.
You will have primary accountability for communication production, taking final content to the finish line by handling activities such as translation, formatting, intranet posting and email distribution.
Many of your projects will focus on internal communications, and most of your deliverables will focus on internal channels such as email messages, intranet stories, digital signage, videos and presentations.
You will occasionally also support deliverables for external audiences such as website and social media content.
You will also support our GoodWorks community relations program, managing our internal GoodWorks mailbox and volunteering/giving portal.
You will help prepare reports and presentations that communicate communication effectiveness, and help maintain editorial calendars.
