Responsibilities:
- Maintain the weekly multi-channel content calendar (intranet, Teams channels, Yammer communities, email)
- Create and post content for internal channels including weekly associate spotlights, news from internal teams, successful client wins, culture stories and events
- Produce and distribute our award-winning weekly newsletter and manage our award-winning intranet
- Manage stakeholders who contribute content to the intranet and partner with IT on administration of our SharePoint online site
- Meet regularly with department leaders to develop content, review strategic priorities, manage workload and discuss roadblocks
- Administratively support the internal communications team in executing initiatives including town halls, survey and data collection, online challenges, reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree
- Requires 2+ years of communications or m arketing experience - internships can contribute to the mix, but should not be the sum total of experience
- Requires s trong oral and written skills ; journalis m or other short form writing preferred
- Requires experience in campaign management, project management/coordination , event planning or other administrative experience with multiple deliverables over different deadlines
- Prefer e xperience in professional services or service delivery marketing
- Prefer experience with SharePoint online and Microsoft Teams or Slack
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, self-direction and dependability
- Ability to speak in front of small to mid-sized groups of employees about initiatives and opportunities
