PartySlate is a beautifully curated website where leading event professionals share their work with the world, build their brands, and drive more leads. Event hosts can view over 300,000 real event photos, search and find venues, save what inspires them, and contact top event professionals who can bring their ideas to life. PartySlate features beautiful and unique corporate events, galas, birthdays, weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and other milestone celebrations.

Who We Are:

PartySlate is a team of 14 (and growing) individuals representing a wide variety of backgrounds and experience. We work hard, have fun, and focus on results above all else. We are constantly building, measuring, and learning in order to build our brand, grow our digital presence, and deliver powerful results within the $14 billion events industry. PartySlate was founded in Chicago and has officially launched in New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas, and will soon expand to San Francisco and South Florida. And as we expand, our talented team continues to expand, too!

Who You Are:

PartySlate seeks a highly-motivated individual to assist the editorial team with content creation. Responsibilities will include:

• Research regional event venue articles

  • List of top venues in category/city

  • Choose appropriate images

  • Gather capacity information

  • Read reviews/talk to the venue/etc. for information

• Write about event venues (museum/landmark, hotels, restaurants, raw spaces, etc.) in the following cities:

  • New York

  • Chicago

  • Los Angeles

  • Dallas

  • Palm Beach/Miami

  • Others as needed

Skills Needed:

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Ability to craft detail-rich narratives

• Excellent attention to detail

• Highly organized

• Familiarity with Google Drive

• Familiarity with WordPress a plus
