This role is the primary support to the sales team that aids in the growth and success of BCV. This will be achieved by working with a talented sales team, understanding client’s business needs, and how BCV can assist clients in the management of the social media landscape. 

Responsibilities:

• Become an integral part of the sales function by providing superior support to Sales Directors.
• Generate polished sales presentations and marketing collateral.
• Drive new sales leads by using creative prospecting skills and established resources. 
• Utilize social media to uncover opportunities with existing clients and future prospects.
• Become a Salesforce.com subject matter expert and leverage the tool’s functionality for greater sales efficiency.
• Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
• Provide marketing and administrative support to sales team.
• Ensure that sales team has updated and sufficient sales & marketing support material, such as product brochures or case studies for presentations.
• Manage marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
• Work with implementation teams to ensure clients are kept on task for implementation.

 Qualifications:

• Creative problem solving and a willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the overall sales effort.
• Minimum one-year experience in sales support role – Hospitality related preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a definite plus.
• Computer competency and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with online marketing and design tools (Pardot, In-Design, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Fun and positive attitude with a willingness to become a key team member required.
• Passion for social media and solid knowledge of various networks.
• College degree required.
