What You'll Bring
TransUnion is looking for Web Experience Program Lead to use a data driven mentality to deliver cohesive, personalized, end-to-end digital experiences for consumers and customers on TransUnion.com and our websites around the globe while promoting adoption and the capabilities of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will be integral to fueling a customer/consumer experience mindset and building a culture that puts experimentation, measurement, and analysis at the center of every marketing campaign/initiative.
A deep understanding of experience design and web optimization practices
A subject matter expert on marketing application of AEM, Personalization, Target, and Analytics Knowledge in Agile frameworks as well as in feature, user story, and backlog management
Experience with ensuring sites follow accessibility guidelines and follow current SEO best practices
Working knowledge of modern web design (CSS 3, HTML 5 – responsive/adaptive design) a plus
Impact You'll Make
Spearhead collaboration with our business unit marketing teams and matrice across the globe as the AEM expert to maximize web/digital experience delivery, engagement, and outcomes for world-class end-user experiences.
Serve as a go-between for marketing business, martech, and global technology partners to strengthen understanding between partners, and translate business requirements into experience solution design.
Drive experience design best practices while advocating for the consumer/customer to client facilitate optimal decision making with business partners across global digital strategy, AEM platform experience governance, standing up of net-new sites and other essential experiences
Oversee and serve as functional SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, run management, platform governance as well as documentation deliverables
Contributes to the definition of content governance procedures and business requirements, functional designs, and work flows for creating, managing and publishing web content
Promotes and coaches, both on an individual basis, and to teams, the benefits of, and approaches to, utilizing the AEM platform
