Job Description
The Credit Action team’s mission is to meet the credit needs of our card members and empower them toward financial freedom and stability in order to improve credit risk and speed to market on decisioning, mature the modernization of the platform, and communicate effectively in the right channel. We are responsible for critical experiences such as customer-initiated line increase requests, proactive line increases/decreases, terms-level changes and closures. This role will be responsible for managing all marketing and servicing communications to drive incremental customer engagement and awareness across all our credit action strategies. This role requires a customer first mindset, strategic thought leadership, and strong communication skills to develop and enhance customer communications across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels.
How You’ll Do It
- Work closely with credit strategy owners and other business partners to define, develop and execute credit action communications that delivers value towards the team’s balanced scorecard.
- Establish and adhere to business controls to ensure accuracy and error-free deployment.
- Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, paid media, email, site marketing, mobile app, and letters.
- Document and maintain core experience journeys, including process mapping and creatives.
- Monitor and track success related to marketing.
- Partner with internal competitive analysis and research teams to monitor competitive best practices and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Coordinate customer research for new customer experiences.
- Partner with the business and Technology to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, if applicable.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, campaign strategy, creative management, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of marketing campaign management, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy development, or related field
