Job Description
What You’ll Do
Responsible for media tactical planning and to deliver relevant advertising messages to the appropriate consumers at the right time in the right channel. Partner with internal Integration, Planning and partner teams while helping to support the media agencies and analytics teams to optimize brand campaigns leveraging new capabilities .
How You’ll Do It
Supports day-to-day of media tactical plans, testing plan, test design, audience selection, and delivery. All channels will be covered, but emphasis on digital-first. (Includes support of content, sponsorships and other.)
Partners with analytics and media agency to utilize key performance indicator measurement recommendations to develop optimization plans for media delivery. Develops the success criteria to measure against.
Develops relationships and tactical execution plans with external media agencies and internal partners.
Responsible for operational excellence, partnering to ensure process improvements, personal accountability to do the right thing, and innovative thinking to make the media work harder for the business.
Manages all aspects of digital media testing plan, test design, audience selection, and delivery. Drives alignment on test design and delivery across Brand marketing teams, if applicable.
Organizes new initiative pitches into frameworks to evaluate opportunities and develop recommendations, if applicable.
Executes new partnerships through the contractual onboarding process. Manages legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate compliance across all channels, if applicable.
Identifies and evaluates external vendors to build the digital optimization roadmap, if applicable.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics or Communications
4+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media Segmentation and Testing, Addressable Media, Design and Analysis of Experiments or related experience
In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media Segmentation and Testing, Addressable Media, Design and Analysis of Experiments or related experience
Bonus Points If You Have
Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics or Communications
6+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media Segmentation and Testing, Addressable Media, Design and Analysis of Experiments or related experience
Support management of all media channels, with an emphasis on digital
Marketing agency experience
