Affinitiv is looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! The Lead Gen Marketing Manager will develop a Lead Generation Strategy to capture and effectively manage the incoming leads. This person will create advertising, e-mail, online and social media campaigns to create interest in the company’s products and encourage initial response. They must have excellent analytical skills to identify a prospect’s level of interest in a product and move them to the next stage in the lead generation program. The Lead Gen Marketing Manager must be familiar with marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce’s Pardot, in order to track the progress of the various campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Frame out and execute inbound marketing strategies to convert visitors/users/recipients to leads
- Encompasses SEO/PPC/Paid Search/Social Media/Email Campaigns
- Compile lead scoring parameters to qualify and quantify interactions
- Improve lead generation rates and increase the number of qualified leads we attract
- Employ effective lead nurturing techniques to ensure anything passed to sales team is worthwhile
- Leverage existing valuable content (blog, eBooks, articles, webinar, etc.) through a multichannel strategy and conceptualize approach to generate more traction for new material
- Blog management improvements (hosting, socializing, etc.)
- Effective creation and use of landing pages (with proper GTM codes, etc.)
- Create automated follow up strategy
- Regular results reporting
- Utilize industry best practices
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/HubSpot/marketing automation
