The Manager, Brand & Content at Envoy Global will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing communications for the company and our platform.

If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced tech company, helping manage all activities around content, while also staying in the day to day content creation, and managing a small team consisting of content, design, and freelance talent, then we want to talk to you!

You Will:

• Lead the ideation, development, and progress of marketing campaigns by growing, converting, and retaining customers
• Drive customer-centric communications through multi-channel strategies for web, blog, industry articles, webinars, email campaigns, events, targeted ads, etc., through ownership of all content, design, metrics
• Build and maintain a strong, well-organized content and design library for future needs
• Give and receive constant feedback both on content revisions, as well as campaign strategies, working fluidly to remain focused on the overall goals of the marketing team
• Be responsible for effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization along with various stakeholders: C-level, sales, tech & product, as well as prospective and current customers
• Manage, lead, and coach a small team – holding team members accountable for quality deliverables, and consistently giving feedback to drive the best results

You Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a content marketing and communications role – must have at least experience on a corporate marketing communications team, with agency experience highly preferred
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HubSpot
• Proficiencies in Go-to-Meeting, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of various writing and editorial styles to use as needed
• A track record of developing strong multi-channel content for a B2B business by designing and executing marketing plans/campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately sales
• Previous management experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree required
