Manager, Growth Marketing

What you will be doing:

Our Manager, Growth Marketing will use their creativity, healthcare fluency, and account based marketing (ABM) expertise to build relationships with our current customers through various digital channels and customer events to build a community of engaged and delighted product and brand champions. This data-savvy and creative marketer is responsible for increasing utilization and engagement with Lumere’s solutions and services to drive customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention. You will work closely with Client Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals.

 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Deepen engagement with existing customers to increase effective utilization of Lumere solutions and drive renewals, referrals, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Design and deploy customer engagement and communication programs using a range of channels such as triggered and ongoing nurture campaigns, in-person and virtual events/webinars and workshops, and advocacy programs
  • Help Marketing and Sales meet business objectives through customer growth, retention and advocacy initiatives
  • Help Client Success meet account-specific and overall business objectives and act as primary marketing contact with Client Success team, including regular participation in Client Success team meetings, account planning sessions, and client meetings
  • Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to build multi-channel campaigns targeting multiple users, decision makers, and executive sponsors within our current health system clients
  • Use marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to build, implement, and tune campaigns to maximize impact
  • Target engaged customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Success to drive the customer advocacy program, including identification and securing commitment from customers to advocate for Lumere through references, case studies, speaking opportunities, testimonials, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strategic, creative thinker that embraces the day-to-day challenges of improving the customer experience, creating customer advocates, and striving to reach marketing and sales goals
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, with a history of achieving customer growth, retention, and advocacy goals
  • A sense of urgency and desire to work and win with a team of smart, hard-working, and collaborative people
  • Ability to build a customer engagement program, drive program execution, and use data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick turn-around times
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise and creativity for innovative marketing solutions which help shape the client experience
  • Technical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience required
  • Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience a plus
