What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone at CityBase who will manage and execute account-based marketing campaigns and steward the CityBase brand and values. You must be able to identify, educate and build credibility with those working and innovating in the public sector. You should also be able to increase awareness of CityBase and its products among prospects, reinforce & build CityBase’s reputation as an innovator and thought leader and be able to quantify awareness of and interest in CityBase among prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-funnel conversion optimization by developing account-based marketing plans that support company and product-level business goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to identify the interests and needs of key personas
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and contractors to develop highly targeted content that resonates with key personas
  • Conduct full-funnel analysis of acquisition efforts to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable outcomes
  • Build lists of key personas within target markets
  • Determine optimal means to target each persona at each potential customer
  • Administer campaigns leveraging marketing automation tools
  • Track and report effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Support sales team through qualification of leads
  • Support budgeting and forecasting of acquisition efforts across a variety of channels using research and data
  • Manage all site traffic acquisition efforts for CityBase’s web properties
  • Optimize CityBase’s acquisition program
  • Generate leads through compelling content across multiple media
  • Track ROI on marketing initiatives and recommend changes accordingly

Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in ABM or other lead acquisition marketing in enterprise SaaS products or solutions
    • Experience managing multi-faceted sales and marketing campaigns
    • Ability to translate technical content and product info into useful materials for non-technical audiences
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and motivate vertical teams
    • Project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, and can do more with less as our team gains resources
