The Manager of Public Relations reports to the Head of Marketing and works collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement communications programs reaching corporate, business, and consumer audiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on communications professional, energized by working with reporters, bloggers, pundits, and other media influencers. You possess a real-world understanding of the ever-shifting, complex news eco-system, are savvy with social media, have superior writing skills, and a knowledge of public relations best practices. You Will:

• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement Envoy’s overall media relations strategy
• Develop and execute the national, regional, and trade media components of PR campaigns
• Collaborate with colleagues across the company to develop market-relevant stories and content
• Contribute to communication plans for product launches, major events, etc. with a focus on media outreach in key U.S. regions and to trade media
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to develop media strategies, programs, and metrics for success that are aligned with the company's business priorities
• Maintain standards, policies, and processes in alignment with brand and corporate communications best practices

You Have:

• BA/BS degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, or related field required
• 7+ years of corporate communications experience required
• Managed PR programs and media relationships for a technology or SaaS company strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of the importance of the immigration process and key trends and issues in HR and Tech is a plus
• Demonstrated know how to raise brand awareness and share-of-voice among all media outlets
• Ability to interact and shoot straight with executives and to provide advice and guidance that reflects a strong command of communications best-practices
• Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizations skills
• Demonstrated success working under pressure along with an ability to quickly adapt to change
