As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with the Account Management teams (Retail and Commercial), providing support and gaining experience in advertising, branding, direct marketing, planning, communication, and project execution. You will assist with development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns, coordinating marketing for events, and communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
Your main KPIs will be tied to project management results, reviewing error rates on internal checkpoints for Quality Assurance and Creative teams. As you grow in this role, you will be called upon to assist account managers with a myriad of projects while your marketing toolkit and acumen expands each day. Your role will be very execution-focused, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail are musts for a successful candidate. Additionally, you will be a self-starter, able to both independently and cross-functionally move projects and campaigns forward. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be able to navigate and quickly learn Workfront, our project management system. You will be an excellent communicator, and have demonstrated ability to match your method and message with your audience. Curiosity and inquisitiveness are also highly prized in this environment.
