Marketing Administrator
Marketing Administrator
Evive people are game-changers.
Evive was founded by two people who wanted to challenge the status quo...and did. More than 11 years later, that spirit still defines our culture. The work we do is redefining how people use their employee benefits, with SaaS-based services that help people to improve their lives and Fortune 1000 enterprises to optimize their benefits investments. We strive every day for the ideal of #benefitslove. Are you one of us?
We’re looking for a multi-tasking Marketing Administrator. Is it you?
A compulsive dotter of i’s and crosser of t’s, the Marketing Administrator is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented self-starter who supports the Marketing team and the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). At any given time, you not only keep several balls in the air, but you also manage to juggle in a few flaming swords while you’re at it. Equal parts project manager, producer, and artist, you love keeping things running smoothly—but you definitely can hang with the creatives. A collaborator at heart, you enjoy being part of something greater than yourself—because at the end of the day, you, too, are all about making everyone’s great work even better. The Marketing Administrator reports to the Vice President of Marketing (VPM).
Here’s what a Marketing Administrator does at Evive (for people who like bullet lists):
Manage logistics for Marketing–related events, including national conferences, Evive-branded events, consultant road shows, lunch-and-learns, and other occasions
Serve as primary connection between vendors, event sponsors, and the Evive team
