About The Role
Beyond Finance is a rapidly growing and evolving company. Our ability to use data to define our strategy and direction will separate us from our competition. Our digital and media marketing channels are at the core of our business. The Marketing Analytics Associate will own all aspects of reporting and analytics around Beyond’s marketing channels, this will include analyzing, measuring, reporting, and testing across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will provide oversight to Beyond’s marketing analytics environment (which will include tagging and tracking our digital assets) and marketing attribution. An understanding of digital and direct mail marketing attribution will be critical to the success of the individual who fills this role. Further this role will play a pivotal role in designing, measuring, and reporting on marketing channel and creative tests.
What You’ll Do
- Function as the lead analytics partner for integrated marketing campaigns, including establishing consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus developing insights into campaign impact on onboarding, upsell, product awareness, product usage, and more
- Collaborate with Data Science team to inform the development of predictive models that guide marketing targeting and investments
- Work closely with marketing and department leads in establishing data driven strategies, defining tests and experimental design and reporting for internal and external stakeholder review
- Build and maintain automated reporting and marketing dashboards. Define and continually challenge the KPIs that are critical to monitoring the health of our marketing capabilities.
- Identify gaps in our marketing funnel and surface opportunities to channel owners
- Develop a deep understanding of available data and how they can be used for different analyses to answer questions and solve problems
- Drive interpretation, socialization, and adoption of analytics insights
- Work cross-functionally with Business Operations team to identify and address analytics tracking, tooling, attribution modeling, and infrastructure challenges
- Addition projects as needed
What We Look For
- BS in Mathematics, Econ, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field, required
- Proven experience with establishing, maintaining, and measuring digital marketing channels through Google Analytics a must.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, and working with large data sets
- Data visualization and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hands on data analytics role, having autonomously manipulated and drawn actionable conclusions from large amounts of data.
- Prior experience in building and maintaining automated reporting.
- Prior experience working with statistical software packages, such as SAS, Python, or R.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or Quantitative discipline.
- Master’s degree or post-graduate certifications preferred
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, and working with large data sets
- Data visualization and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Looker, and Google Analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus!
