Job Description

DigitalMint is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist with the execution of various day to day marketing and communication operations. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full range of modern marketing practices, including digital, print, SEO, and email marketing. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with key stakeholders on both the Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven, energetic multi-tasker who enjoys working on a range of marketing activities, from events and conferences to planning and executing marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Search Engine Optimization

• Perform SEO maintenance to make improvements to page structure, construction, and copywriting on DigitalMint website and location pages.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to develop SEO content.
• Measure and analyze metrics and create monthly reports to inform the company on performance.

Marketing Operations

• Create, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns for newly launched locations.
• Write, edit, proofread, and revise marketing materials and communications.
• Measure and analyze metrics and create monthly reports to inform the company on performance

Email Marketing

• Program and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and partner communications, and assist in the development and management of email programs and nurture campaigns.

Sales Enablement

• Manage deal creation from lead generation activities (events, engagement programs, etc.) to ensure proper lead attribution, reporting, and distribution. 
• Coordinate on-site logistics for tradeshows and industry conferences, and assist in the planning and execution of DigitalMint marketing events.

Social Media

• Maintain an active presence on DigitalMint social media accounts to increase the visibility of the company’s content.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, journalism, public relations, or advertising.
• Between 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Experience with SEO, including local SEO, keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page best practices.
• Demonstrates engaging and impactful content creation ability with writing examples.
• Familiar with tracking, analytics, and reporting including, Google Analytics. Hired applicants will acquire and maintain certifications in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Blueprint, and Hubspot Inbound, if not already certified.
• Experience with the Google: My Business marketing platform.
• Experience with all major social media platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Experience with Salesforce or other marketing automation CRM is a plus.
• Email marketing experience with Mailchimp or similar automation tool is a plus.
• Experience with Moz SEO software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, summarize, and present data.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and a strong track record of setting and meeting goals.
