Marketing Associate, Workplace

The Role
In this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the marketing team as well as conducting market and competitive research. Although the primary focus of this position is operations and research, you will be heavily involved in working with other team members on various marketing strategies and the creative direction of the marketing department. This role will report to the head of Workplace marketing.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of our marketing technology stack from onboarding new tools to training teammates
• Oversee all marketing reporting and performance-tracking platforms for all marketing campaigns
• Use and improve existing digital models to help qualify leads and expand our footprint in a rapidly evolving market
• Shepherd and prioritize all marketing requests and compliance approvals
• Support visual design team by updating product and sales materials as needed
• Manage all SharePoint and Wiki sites to ensure efficient distribution and access to compliance-approved product and sales support materials
• Build scalable processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our department
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Serve as the Scrum Master for team planning in order to ensure all projects are on target
• Assist other team members in the creation of marketing collateral
• Help coordinate internal and external events (which may require some minimal travel)
• Support the marketing team on a wide range of analytics, reporting and ad-hoc projects
• Assisting with overflow work as necessary
Requirements
• 1+ years of relevant product marketing or product-management experience
• Passion for marketing and demonstrated interest in marketing career
• Be a fast learner, self-motivated, dedicated and flexible
• Knowledge of Sketch, Invision, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-starter with proven ability to navigate ambiguity, move multiple projects forward, and succeed in a matrixed environment
• Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
