Marketing Associate
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our high-performing Enrollment Marketing team.
Day to day, you will implement and track marketing campaigns to drive member enrollment. Consider this an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact for a hyper-growth organization.
As a successful Marketing Associate, you live and breathe Livongo’s mission while executing marketing campaigns for new and current clients. You love paying attention to details and collaborating with teams to execute enrollment marketing plans. You will be responsible for executing those campaigns flawlessly. You will work closely with our client implementation team and other cross-functional partners.

You must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience executing email and direct mail marketing campaigns. Experience using a system like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Hubspot, Eloqua, SilverPop, or Marketo is a plus.
What will you do on this rock star team?
- Execute acquisition marketing campaigns to drive member enrollment
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on direct mail and email
- Make recommendations to management of strategies, roadmaps, and operating plans for client communications
- Segment and identify campaign audiences to optimally target campaigns
- Execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and inform our marketing strategy
- Effectively Communicate with internal Enrollment Marketing team on campaign execution.
- Use internal systems to track performance of campaigns. Update campaign dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy Enrollment Marketing Assets on time
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other teams to properly deploy A/B tests
- Quality check print and digital pieces to ensure correct delivery to intended recipients
- Support and lead enrollment initiatives, as determined by the Enrollment team
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills. Ability to manage many complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and leading discussions about marketing with clients
- Two years of experience in a Marketing or project management role
- Basic to moderate understanding of HTML
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation, especially Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of diabetes is a plus
- Experience working according to HIPAA guidelines and in a regulated environment is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
