Marketing Automation Analyst
The GoHealth Marketing Automation team engages with millions of current and potential GoHealth customers to grow brand affinity and improve the member experience. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Analyst to make data-driven decisions to help drive engagement and retention through our core marketing automation stack. Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams to optimize conversion, coordinate marketing messaging, and report and iterate on campaigns. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to define how we engage with consumers on a growing, high-visibility team with encouragement to innovate and take intelligent risks.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our processes and core automation stack across the entire funnel from lead to retention
- Ideate creative campaigns to increase engagement with leads and customers using outbound communication methods such as call, email, text, and chat
- Develop a rapid A/B testing framework to iterate on new and existing processes aimed at increasing conversion, lowering costs, and increasing customer lifetime value
- Leverage data and performance metrics to drive customer segmentation and deliver “personalization at scale”
- Communicate results & strategies across the organization
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including content creation
- A “love” for data – ability to manipulate and use metrics to drive business results; Excel experience is a must
- Experience conducting rapid A/B and digital marketing experiments
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer journey tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, Exact Target, Blueshift, and Amplitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities quickly
- Experience with HTML/CSS and MySQL a plus
