Marketing Automation Specialist at SpotHero
SpotHero is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, develop, and optimize campaigns across the sales journey for our B2B and SpotHero for Business offerings. In this role, you will own and execute the process of strategizing, implementing, and iterating on multi-touch marketing campaigns that generate leads and move them through the sales funnel. You’ll also bring your expertise with setting meaningful KPIs and working with Sales and Marketing to accelerate the journey from first touch to closing the deal. What will you do?
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution for B2B, Marketing, and Sales Teams. This includes segmentation, testing and deployment, and continual evaluation to identify improvements within the program.
- Testing, setup, and optimization of targeted drip campaigns.
- Plan and perform A/B testing, educating the team on learned best-practices.
- Define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify campaign opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set lead stages and determine lead advancement.

- Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead sourcing, lead generation, and segmentation.
- Implement and continuously improve processes related to marketing automation.

What you bring:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing automation at a B2B technology company
- Experience with Marketo or HubSpot required
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Experience with Responsys or ExactTarget preferred
- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
